1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed and divided
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Directions
Mix cream cheese, milk, and pudding mix together in a bowl until smooth. Slowly fold in 1 cup whipped topping. Pour mixture into the graham cracker pie crust. Add remaining whipped topping to the top. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
Use a shortbread crust if preferred.
