2 tablespoons plain soy milk, or as needed
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Ā½ teaspoon chopped fresh dill
Ā¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
Mix vegan mayonnaise, soy milk, apple cider vinegar, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, dill, and black pepper together in a bowl until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours to meld flavors.
Any plain, non-dairy milk can be used in this recipe.
You can use 1 teaspoon dried parsley and 1/4 teaspoon dried dill in place of the fresh herbs.
